I'm not in the southeast so I can't recommendation an A&P to help you. However, I would recommend that you get the Rigging CD from the Club if you don't have it. Frank and Theresa Rush did a fantastic job of putting the presentation together and if you follow it, I think it will address most of your rigging issues.
