PA-22 elevator hinge play

I did some searching on here and turned up nothing.
I have some play in my elevator hinges not enough that my IA is concerned over, but it is much more than another Pacer's I checked out.
Are there bushings on these? Oversized replacement pin available? Easiest/cheapest fix?

Haven't received the tool yet, but I would probably buy it along with the parts from Univair. Mine are getting worn out and will need to be changed soon, looking forward to using this tool to replace them.
